However, it did not take us long to find out that he works very hard and trying to do what he promised to sell this home. Thus we, were very much impressed with this young man. Pretty soon he started bringing the offer to purchase. Any way he was very up front about such offers This showed that the man has character Any time we asked him any thing regarding this listing he did that . Always within the timer promised. He was very up front about the evaluations other real estate agents gave after showing this home and provided their summary almost once a week. The most important characteristic of Mr. Jay Ahlawat is the how easy going person he is. He is a people person . He mixes up with the people and put them at ease.

Our experience with Jay has been fabulous. I have tried selling my house in Wake Forest in 2007 without any luck. Tried with two different agencies, one of them was FMRealty. But, compared to what service and attention Jay provided us, the previous agents DO NOT even come close.
We again listed our house on market in Feb 2008 with Jay. As a seller's agent, Jay provided us valuable insight with current market. He is very professional in his approach and tries his level best to make the deal go through keeping his seller's interest in mind. In short, he does not rest until all avenues are exhausted. He is very approachable and always puts his clients first.
