Jay is very knowledgeable about real estate negotiation process and very hands on with the clients - we greatly appreciated all his input, Except for the initial delay one time with a phone call, there were no issues with communications or connecting with him. We never had a problem that he worked part time in real estate. He is very cooperative and always available for any questions. |
